How to Purchase
1. Fill up our Order Form, send us an email or leave a message on our CBox to place an order. Please include :
Name, Contact Number, E-mail Address, Delivery Address, Delivery Method, Payment Method, Item Code, Color, Size, Quantity
2. Please wait for our response and confirmation on the availablity of the item(s) via email or SMS. Delivery and Payment Method will be decided then.
3. Payment must be made (Public Bank Transfer) within 3 days upon reservation of an item(s). Otherwise, item(s) will be opened to other buyers.

FREE for JnQFashion Hotspots : Bangsar(Telawi & Terasek Area), Sunway Pyramid
(4 Items & Above) FREE JnQFashion Hotspots : PJ Area, Mid-valley
Delivery Days : Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Other Delivery Days : Depending On Time
2. POS Laju (for items less than 1kg) - Free for buyers with 4 items and above.
Klang Valley : RM6.00
Peninsular Malaysia : RM6.00
Sabah & Sarawak : RM8.00
3. Courier Services (for Overseas Buyers)
Shipping charges will be calculated according to quantity of item(s) and delivery address.

1. Prices are NOT negotiable.
2. Only serious buyers. NO cancellations after reservations. NO back-outs. NO swaps.
3. Items sold are non-refundable.
4. Items sold are non-exchangable.
5. JnQFashion will NOT be responsible for any loss/damage of item(s) through POS Laju and Courier Delivery Services.
6. All prices shown are not inclusive of delivery charges.
7. All information provided to JnQFashion during transaction will be STRICTLY Private and Confidential.
8. All item(s) sold will be brand new and in good condition and quality.
9. All item(s) are sold on First-Come-First Serve Basis.
10. For item(s) which are sold out are non-restockable unless stated.
11. Items coded with “Order” means shoppers must place an order before our closing date stated on each update. So that we could import our products from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea or Singapore.
